Hey folks! Here are a few pictures of what has been going on lately. I have been fishing both bay systems. A couple of days wading in east bay hasn't produced any big fish for us but we are catching some nice fish. Drifting east bay with artificals has been pretty steady. Even the youngsters are getting in on the action. West bay on the other had is the place to go it you want to catch redfish-Lots of redfish! Hopefully the weather will continue to warm after this weekend. Still have some good days available in March and April. And if you've never fished the glass minnows in April on an incoming tide in the evening treat yourself!!! For the people who keep up the Antares she's on a bad list.

Hey everybody! Got the huntin bug out of me so we're back grindin on the fishin scene. As usual been hangin out in west Matagorda bay. We have been catching some good redfish and still a few good trout. The topwater bite is just about over for us. We have been throwing Norton Sandeel Jr. mainly in Black Magic and some of the trout have been caught on corkies. The river as I'm sure you all know has been producing trout and a few redfish.
Just to let everyone know Sport Marine in Richmond, Texas is the new owner of JH Performance Boats. They will be at the Houston Boat Show with 3 models, the 24,21,19. If you're in the market for a great bay boat go by and talk to Bob Schubert. Bob is excited about the purchase of the company and customer relations will improve greatly. Look forward to seeing everybody at the Boat Show. As usual Capts. Jimmy Riddle, Tommy Countz , Bubba Simons, and myself are going to be there.
